「Savoir-faire des Takumi」 対話と共創

選び抜かれた京都とパリの職人・アーティスト20組によって作り出された新たな作品の展示発表が2月6日（木）からパリを皮切りにスタートします。漆や藍、紙、硝子など、異なる素材を扱うアーティストやデザイナーらがタッグを組み、互いにインスピレーションを受け生み出されたコラボ作品が、展示発表されます。
京都から選ばれたアーティストの内、漆関係は5組と最多。世界に漆の魅力を発信する絶好の機会。京都・日本の代表して是非ご活躍をお祈りしております。

国内では3月25日（水）から日本橋高島屋で開催予定です。

「Savoir-faire des Takumi」は、京都市・パリ市の職人やアーティストたちが互いに交流し、それぞれの文化や技術からインスピレーションを受けながら、世界のアート市場に向けた、新しい作品の創作等をサポートするプロジェクトです。

“Savoir-faire des Takumi” is a collaborative project to support artists and artisans from Kyoto and Paris, where they can interact and create new works geared towards the global art market while gaining inspiration through each other’s culture and techniques.

「Savoir-faire des Takumi」では、2019年5月に日仏で選抜された職人・アーティスト20組が互いにインスピレーションを受けながら9ヶ月にわたって創作に取り組み、2020年2～3月までパリ・ロンドン・東京で展示発表を行います。プロジェクトを通して得た経験は、次の制作や挑戦に生かす１つのきっかけとなるでしょう。

In “Savoir-faire des Takumi”, 20 artists and artisans selected from Japan and France in May 2019 gained inspirations from each other and worked on their creations for the course of 9 months, in order to exhibit their works in Paris, London and Tokyo from February to March 2020. Exhibitions are not the goal but just a checkpoint - a stepping stone; new endeavors start from here.
